I would like an easy way to copy/paste my ORCID iD (including the ORCID logo) to include in my email signature.

Yes, I do mean the ORCID iD icon (Green circle with the white iD). The layout I am interested in (and have seen used by at least one ORCID representative) is the ORCID iD icon followed by the person's ORCID (ex. 'http://orcid.org/0000-0000-0000-0000')

Thanks Mark. We're going to add this to the list of suggested features for the Registry. In the meantime, you may be interested in the ORCID Widget, which is currently a hidden feature. When you're signed in, go to https://orcid.org/my-orcid?widget and click "Share your ORCID iD on other sites" to access the widget.

    Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion for improving the ORCID Registry.

We are happy to share that you can use the "Display your iD on other sites" feature in your personal ORCID record to copy/paste your ORCID iD to include your email signature. You can find this by going to your personal ORCID record: https://orcid.org/my-orcid -- it's the first option under your ORCID iD

    Warm regards,
    ORCID Community Team

Every time I tried to copy my ORCID ID from the top left green box by marking it with the mouse, I instead ended selecting part of the column under it and even part of the Biography. I think this can be easily solved by making a wider green box, adding whitespaces at the end of the ID, or using a smaller font size inside that box.
