Hello, The automatic tools to add information to your ORCID record has been built in partnership between ORCID and the provider of the other tool. At this time Zotero has not worked with ORCID to create a tool like this, though we would be happy to reach out to them to try and work on it. If you know who we can contact there to work on this, please let us know. For now, we suggest using one of the systems that are linked with ORCID to add works to your record. From the Add Works menu select Search & Link button to see a list of databases from which you can add works. Two we particularly recommend for adding all of your publications at once are Scopus and Europe PubMed Central. You can view more details about how this works at: http://support.orcid.org/knowledgebase/articles/188278 Warm regards, ORCID Support

The Zotero developer group is at: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/zotero-dev The web api is documented here: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/web_api/v3/start Additionally: Zotero users have CVs, e.g. https://www.zotero.org/karnesky/cv Users can choose from ~14 different styles, and choose one or more of their Zotero collections for display (and may also input sections manually, though this seems less likely for bibliographic content). It might be possible to at least scrape DOIs from a CV when given a zotero username now. But I agree that it is worthwhile to see if the Zotero web team is interested in collaborating to improve the API and/or the CV page. Specifically: I don't think there is an API call to see which collections are displayed on the CV & I think that the CV pages have extremely limited metadata.
