    :-) Yes, though initially one could enable the linking without a UI change. I did inspect the generated profile page but I could not find a suitable "id" on any of the HTML elements to link to The anchor link could be hidden unless the user hovers over the section heading, like GitHub does with heading in README files: https://github.com/common-workflow-language/common-workflow-language#specification (hover over "Citation" to see the link icon appear) https://octicons.github.com/icon/link/

    Thanks for your suggestion to improve the ORCID Registry.

    We will look into the feasibility of adding anchor links or something similar to each section of the ORCID record as a possible item for future development.
