On records with long lists of professional activities, it's difficult to sort through everything to see what is significant before getting to the works list, which is what most people want to highlight. I've seen a number of records where the person has purposely omitted eduction, employment, or funding for this reason. Could you perhaps instead have separate tabs for works and activities (with the works being what one first sees on visiting an ORCID record)? This would leave us free to put as much information on there as desired without leaving the record too cluttered for a human to read.
