    Thank you for your suggestion to improve the ORCID Registry.

    Our support hours are Monday through Friday, with limited weekend support for emergencies, such as security incidents.

    We have staff located around the globe to check and respond to support questions. We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours.

    If it is the weekend and you need to report an emergency, please resend your email with the word URGENT in the subject line. We will respond to critical issues within 24 hours.
