To sign into ORCID using Facebook or Google, click on the relevant icon on the sign in page at https://orcid.org/signin:

You will be redirected to sign in on Facebook or Google to sign into your account in their system, then grant ORCID permission to read.

When will I be able to sign into ORCID using other social media accounts, such as Twitter, Mendeley, or academia.edu?

At this time, we only support alternative sign in methods using Google, Facebook, and institutional accounts.
