I suggest you ...

to substitute the publication data windows

The publication information appears in a window that disappears when the cursor accidentally leaves the space, besides, the data regarding papers in the bottom of the list is unreadable - one cannot reach it.

    Hi,

We’ve released a new version of the interface which addresses your concern about information not showing at the bottom of the screen. There is now an arrow icon you can click to expand or hide the details of each work. For more about this interface see http://orcid.org/blog/2014/12/11/new-feature-friday-new-orcid-record-interface

Suggestions for improving the window for adding works are at http://support.orcid.org/forums/175591-orcid-ideas-forum/suggestions/5414427-make-the-works-editing-page-a-full-page-not-a-pop

The working of the window expanding when clicking the plus sign is, in my view, not clever. It pops up as an "overlay", which goes away if the mouse is moved. It would be much handier if it would just expand the details in the page, and go away only when clicking again on the plus sign (which, i guess, should have become a minus sign by the time details have been expanded).
